✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product under the following conditions:
The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Note: We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale, clearance, personal hygiene products, or used items.
🚚 Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at bstylo27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Attach clear photos (in case of damaged/defective items)
Our support team will review and approve your request within 1–2 business days
Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared via email
Shipping fees for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
You will be notified via email
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (2Checkout, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size/color/item, please return the item and place a new order separately.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after item has been shipped
Returned items received damaged due to poor packaging by the customer
Return request made after 7 days of delivery
Used or washed products
🌍 International Orders
For international orders (outside UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi), return shipping and customs duties (if any) must be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
